FAQs

  • It’s professional advising. in a conversational space.
Let’s Talk It Out is a space for real, structured, honest conversations that help you get clarity, accountability, and move forward.

You’ll bring what’s on your mind; I’ll bring strategic thinking, grounded experience, and the space to untangle it.

  • Anyone navigating decisions, change, creative blocks, team dynamics, leadership challenges—or just trying to make something happen.

If you’ve ever said, “I just need to talk this out”—this is for you.

  • Pretty much anything that’s feeling stuck or unresolved.
    Common topics include:

    • Making big decisions

    • Career or role transitions

    • Leadership or team dynamics - things on your mind you’d rather not discuss at work

    • Business or creative blocks

    • Communicating change

    • Accountability and follow-through

    • Bridging the gap between learning and doing

You don’t have to come with a perfect topic—just something that’s on your mind.

  • No prep needed. You can come with notes, thoughts, or nothing at all.
You’ll be surprised what happens once you have space to think out loud.

  • After sending your information in the contact form, I’ll follow up with an email to confirm your time and make a payment. After that, we meet (online or in person depending your type of session), talk it out, and go from there.

  • Absolutely. Some people come once. Some come back when they hit a new wall. Others schedule short accountability check-ins or Strategy Talks to keep moving forward.

There's no pressure—just the time you need.

  • That’s totally fine. Start with a 15-minute check-in.

Sometimes all you need is one short conversation to get unstuck.

  • Career coaching is usually focused on self-exploration, mindset, and long-term growth. It often centers around identifying patterns, building confidence, and shaping your future path.

Professional advice is more direct and situational. It’s strategic, experience-based, and focused on helping you work through a specific challenge, clarify an issue, or make a decision that’s right in front of you.

My role leans toward the latter: I help you process what’s going on, analyze options, and move forward with clarity—especially when you’re navigating real-life professional challenges that can’t wait for a five-year plan.
