IT’S a Block… or a Breakthrough.
When your ideas, your vision, or your next move feel unclear — this is the space to step back, talk it out, and unlock what’s next.
“You need to do this — these conversations are helping me more than you realize.”
It started with a voice of encouragement…
Minnie is a powerhouse — a nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, advocate, and creative visionary.
But even visionaries get stuck. When she came to Let's Talk It Out, it wasn’t to be “coached” — it was to think out loud, make space, and break through what felt tangled.
We’ve talked through everything from rebranding and pricing her tour company, to managing investors, navigating operations, building a website, and shifting direction in her nonprofit work.
Sometimes it's clarity. Sometimes it's reflection. Sometimes it's just breathing space.
Minnie understood something early: sometimes the most valuable thing is having a space to untangle and reimagine — without pressure, and without noise.
One of our most impactful conversations came when Minnie was feeling overwhelmed by the direction of her company, Celebrating Africa Tours. She had big ideas, passionate goals, and multiple ways she could grow — but it all felt too wide, too scattered.
Together, we untangled the vision and narrowed the scope, identifying what really mattered, what was sustainable, and what would serve her long-term. That clarity became the foundation for her next steps — with renewed focus, energy, and excitement to move forward.
She’s not just a client. She’s one of the voices that encouraged this platform to exist in the first place.
Things people often bring into this space:
I have a lot of ideas — but where do I start?
Am I pivoting out of fear or into growth?
I’m doing everything… but it’s not moving.
I feel overwhelmed. What am I missing?
You don’t need to have the answers yet.
You just need to start the right conversation.
Hear it from Minnie…
"There’s something powerful about being able to talk through everything — ideas, doubts, pivots — without judgment. These conversations helped me move through creative blocks, clarify my direction, and keep building. I truly believe Let's Talk It Out needs to exist — because it made space for me when I needed it most."
